Items purchased at Farfallina.net, can be returned unworn within 7 days of Receipt, for a full refund.
Please note that postage fees will not be refunded.

Under no circumstance are we able to accept the return of earrings in compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations.
Special Orders, Custom Made & CLEARANCE Items are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Email our customer service on: returns@farfallina.net detailing your order Number and the item you wish to return and we will issue you with a Returns Number and return postal details. All returned items must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unidentified returns will NOT be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

We request that all goods are returned within 5 days of of receiving your RMA.

We will then be happy to make a refund/exchange providing the items are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.

In the UK, all returns must be shipped by 1st class, registered post in order to secure the delivery.
For Europe and Worldwide orders, please return by UPS/FEDEX/DHL or Express Registered mail. We are unable to accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned goods unless sent as stated.

For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item/s to us.
When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting.
We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Christmas returns policy

This Christmas Farfallina.net is delighted to offer an extended period for customers to exchange their Christmas gifts or to request a credit note to spend at a later date.

All requests for an exchange or a credit note must be made before the Friday 4th January.

Please note all requests for a full refund must be made within seven days upon receipt of delivery

Receiving a refund

Refunds to you will be made within 15 days of the date of cancellation notice. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card including sales taxes for all EU country shipments and excluding shipping charges. International customs duties and sales taxes are non- refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).

Alternatively, you can request for merchandise credit that can be used against future purchase at Farfallina.net
