Returns policy Items purchased at Farfallina.net , can be returned unworn within 7 days of Receipt, for a full refund. We request that all goods are returned within 5 days of the date of your request for an RMA. We will then be happy to make a refund/exchange providing the items are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. In the UK, all returns must be shipped by 1st class, registered post.
