How to pay

Payment can be made by Master Card, American Express, Visa, Visa Electron, Delta, Switch & Maestro debit cards and Paypal.

Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order by Farfallina. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Farfallina, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Prices shown on the site are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT. All transactions and prices are taken in pounds sterling.

Euro & Dollar
prices are based on Bloomberg.com currency daily rate and are suggestive. The final price for overseas customers will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction.
Please also note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

All of our Products are IN STOCK, unless otherwise is stated on the product description page, on the website.

Delivery

You will receive notification of dispatch usually within 1-2 working days of your order being processed. If we are out of stock of any item, you will be notified within 48 hours by email.

Post & packaging

All orders will be dispatched by 1st Class registered delivery or International Registered Post.

Next day (Special Delivery) is available for UK ONLY and is charged £6.00. For delivery to Europe, USA and New Zeland orders are dispatched by Airsure & 1st Class Singed For delivery upon your request and are charged at £8.00. For Express delivery to the Rest of the World and Europe, orders are dispatched with FEDEX upon your request and are charged £35.00.

All jewellery is beautifully packaged in Farfallina boxes and in some cases by the provided Designer packaging.

Customers that choose to pay by Visa, Visa Delta, and Visa Debit or by MasterCard or Maestro, must first register for VbV or MSC with their issuing bank. If they do not register before ordering online, the first time they order from Farfallina, they will be asked to register their card before continuing with the transaction.

At the checkout stage a pop-up box will appear from their issuing bank to request that they REGISTER or enter their PIN number. The bank will verify the PIN number and the transaction will continue as normal.

Returns policy

Items purchased at Farfallina.net , can be returned unworn within 7 days of Receipt, for a full refund.

Special Orders, Custom Made & CLEARANCE Items are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Under no circumstance are we able to accept the return of earrings in compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations

Email our customer service on: returns@farfallina.net detailing your Auth.No. and the item you wish to return and we will issue you with a Returns Number and return postal details. All returned items must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unidentified returns will NOT be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

We request that all goods are returned within 5 days of the date of your request for an RMA.

We will then be happy to make a refund/exchange providing the items are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.

In the UK, all returns must be shipped by 1st class, registered post. For Europe and Worldwide orders, please return by UPS/FEDEX/DHL or Express Registered mail. We are unable to accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned goods unless sent as stated. The delivery charge on the original order will not be refunded. Please inform us of all breakages within 48hours of receiving the order.

For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item/s to us. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
