1. How can I reach Customer Service?
The best way to reach our customer service team will be by email customercare@farfallina.net. Customer service is available Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
2. I have never bought designer jewellery online. How can I be sure I'll be happy with my purchase?
We do our best to accurately represent our jewellery with high resolution photos and accurate product descriptions and measurements. Our experience has been that the jewellery has exceeded our customers' expectations since even our best photographs do not reflect the colours and sparkle of the crystals and gemstones. However, if a product does not leave up to your expectations and you want to return it, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to change your mind and we will happily refund your payment. 3. Are your designs exclusive to Farfallina.net?
We offer a combination of reknown contemporary designer brands available thought out our store. Most of our designers either sell exclusively to us in the UK or sell exclusively to us online. Some designers have designed an exclusive range for Farfallina.net. We aim to clearly state in the 'Jewellery Designers' section of the site whether or not the collection is exclusive.
4. Are the stones real?
Yes. When a product is made with a real precious or semi-precious gemstones it is clearly stated on the disruption and all the gemstones are real. Where they are significant, stone weights have been included in the product descriptions. When the designers have used Swarovski crystals or any other material we also make this clear in the product description.
5. I saw a piece of jewellery a while ago on Farfallina.net and now I cannot find it, what should I do?
Please email customercare@farfallina.net and we will do our best to give you an update and try get the piece for you.
6. How long do I have to wait for a special order product? How do I pay for it?
Special orders are generally unique pieces and we will place a special order on your behalf. Half of the payment we take up front and the other half once your jewellery is ready to be dispatched to you. Depending on the item this may take between 4 and 8 weeks due to the fact that all our jewellery are handmade and your special piece of jewellery is being made for you. All items requested for special order are non-returnable and non-refundable.
7. Are chains included for necklaces?
Yes. All of our necklaces and pendants are delivered with the chain shown.
8. Will my items be boxed and wrapped?
Yes, all our designer jewellery will arrive in the softest polishing pouch, protected inside a beautiful jewellery box.
9. Are the products pictured actual size?
Because computer monitors vary in size, it is impossible to show an actual size image on the Internet. We do endeavor to show you the correct size by using the ‘See how fits’ on a Model.
10. Is VAT charged on-line?
VAT is charged at 15% for all orders and is included in the retail price.
11. How Can I order from overseas?
Either place your order online or call us on +44 (0) 20.8123.6979 or 1.914.410.6730 if you are calling from the USA. Prices shown on the website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT. All transactions and prices are taken in pounds sterling. The actual transaction on your card will leave your account in british pounds.
Euro & Dollar prices are based on Bloomberg.com currency daily rate and are suggestive. The final price for overseas customers will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction. Please also note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
12. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders with in 24 hours. Within the UK, orders usually arrive within 1-3 days, when you chose 1st class-Singed as a delivery. Next day deliveries arrive by the following working day.
Outside the UK orders take from 2-14 days depending on your geographic location. Please visit our Delivery pages for more details.
13. I am a man and need help buying a gift for my girlfriend/ fiancé/ wife/ daughter/ mother. Can you help?
Yes. Please email us at customercare@farfallina.net and tell us broadly what you are looking for and the price range and we will suggest appropriate gifts. There is no extra charge for this. If for any reason the recipient of your gift does not like it, then she can exchange or return it. You can also visit our Gift Guide pages for ideas and inspiration.
14. I need help/advice about my bridal jewellery, can you help me?
Yes. Please email us at customercare@farfallina.net and we can discuss your requirements and help you find the perfect jewellery for your wedding day. You can also visit our bridal jewellery collection pages.
15. I don’t have time to shop. Can you recommend gifts for me?
Yes. Send us your list of people you need to buy gifts for, their age, gender, a brief description about them and how much you want to spend and we will put together the ideal gift list for you. Once you have made your choices from the list, we will ask you to send us any messages you'd like us to write on the gift cards. We will then wrap the gifts and deliver them with your note.

17. Can I include a personalised message with my gift?
Yes. Please email us at customercare@farfallina.net and state your name and order number together with your personalised message. You will find you order number once you have placed you order inside the confirmation email we have send you. |
