International Orders & Delivery
Non-EU orders are exclusive of VAT.
Use the Code: INTERNATIONAL at the checkout and 17.50% VAT will be deducted from your order.
Overseas deliveries arrive within 2-5 working days in Europe and the US and within 5-10 working days for the rest of the world; please see our Delivery page for more information.
All parcels will need to be signed for in person so please ensure the delivery address is an address where you will be at (home or work). If you are not present when your parcel is delivered, a Note card will be left and you will be able to reschedule or pick up your delivery at a more convenient time. Please also note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
All transactions and prices are taken in pounds sterling.
Euro & Dollar prices are based on Bloomberg.com currency daily rate and are suggestive. The final price for overseas customers will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction.
