How do I return an item?

Items purchased at, can be returned unworn within 7 days of Receipt, for a full refund.
Please note that postage fees will not be refunded.

Under no circumstance are we able to accept the return of earrings in compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations. Special Orders, Custom Made & CLEARANCE Items are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Email our customer service on: detailing your Order Number and the item you wish to return and we will issue you with a Returns Number and return postal details.

All returned items must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Unidentified returns will NOT be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

We request that all goods are returned within 7 days of of receiving your RMA.

We will then be happy to make a refund/exchange providing the items are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.Exchanges are subject to product availability. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.In the UK, all returns must be shipped by 1st class, registered post in order to secure the delivery.

For Europe and Worldwide orders, please return by Express Registered mail.
We are unable to accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned goods unless sent as stated. For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item/s to us.
